Continuing Education Credit
The American College of Clinical Pharmacy and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists are accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as providers of continuing pharmacy education. The 2017 Oncology Pharmacy
Preparatory Review Course will provide up to 21.5 contact hours of live continuing education credit, and additional 5.25
contact hours of home study continuing education credit.
Registrants who successfully complete the review course will earn up to 21.5 contact hours of live continuing education pharmacy
credit, and registrants who successfully complete the posttests for the Adult Sarcomas, Bladder, Renal, and Testicular Cancers,
Cancer‐Related Infectious Diseases, Head, Neck, and CNS Cancers, Tyroid Cancers, and Upper Gastrointestinal and Hepatocellular
Carcinomas presentations will receive an additional 5.25 contact hours of home study continuing education pharmacy credit. To claim
the 21.5 contact hours of live continuing education pharmacy credit, the attendee must log on to www.accp.com
and claim their credit by June 15, 2017. To claim the additional 5.25 contact hours of home study continuing education pharmacy
credit attendee’s must log on to www.accp.com/cpe by November 30, 2017 and complete the posttest.
Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Recertification Credit
The Oncology Preparatory Review and Recertification Course is part of a Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS)-approved professional
development program for BCOP recertification credit. To be eligible to earn the relevant contact hours of recertification credit for the
Oncology Preparatory Review and Recertification Course, you must register for the recertification version of the course and then
successfully submit the completed the Web-based posttest by 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on November 30, 2017.
